Performance Coaching Backed By A Clinical Lens

REMOTE PROGRAMMING

You’ve tried training through it.

You’ve scaled back. Taken rest days. Avoided “those” movements.

And still—
Your shoulder nags.
Your back stiffens up.
Your progress plateaus... again.

If it feels like your body isn’t keeping up with your goals, this program is built for you.

What Makes This Different?

This isn’t a generic fitness app or one-size-fits-all template.

Your program is built by a licensed physical therapist—but this is not physical therapy.
It’s remote performance coaching with expert insight into how your body moves, compensates, and responds to training.

We don’t just give you workouts.
We give you a strategy that considers your history, movement, and recovery.

This gives us insight into your injury history, current training, equipment access, and lifestyle.

Step 3: Start training within 3–5 days
Your personalized plan is delivered through TrueCoach, with full support and adjustments along the way.

  • Do I need a prescription from a doctor for a physical therapy evaluation?
No. Patients in Minnesota and Wisconsin who need Physical Therapy services can go directly to their Physical Therapist without having to wait to receive a prescription or referral from their physician. However, if you wish to utilize insurance, you may require a physician’s referral. Please give us a call and we can assist you in figuring out if a referral is required by your insurance company.
  • What types of patient injuries/diagnosis do you treat?
We help patients rehabilitate from a large range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. See our complete list of condtions we treat.
  • How do I know which therapist to see?
Visit the “About Us” page to learn about each therapist, where they practice, and what they specialize in. If you are interested in booking an appointment with a specific therapist, please let us know. Otherwise you can book an appointment with the next available therapist.
  • What should I expect in my initial evaluation?
We’re glad you asked. We’re really excited to help you become the best version of yourself. Your first appointment will be 60 minutes (Although if you are coming in for multiple concerns, please schedule a 90 minute appointment). Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your initial evaluation to complete intake paperwork. Wear or bring comfortable clothes- shorts for lower body or spine complaints and loose fitting or t-shirt for upper body. We have places for you to change and shower at all locations if you’d like to. You’ll fill out as little paperwork as we can get by with and then start talking. You get to tell your whole story and we’ll have some things we want to know. We’ll do a thorough evaluation of your movement, posture, mechanics, and any other factors that might be contributing to your problem. We’ll treat you with hands-on manual therapy techniques designed to get joints and tissues moving and your neuromuscular (brain to muscle) system firing on all cylinders. We’ll probably end with some simple but targeted exercise to reinforce our work for the day and give you some homework for next time. Follow up is determined based on a variety of factors but we’ll give you our best “estimate” and get to work as quickly as we can.
  • How long are treatment sessions?
Your first PT appointment is scheduled for one full hour. The initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment and history of present injury, along with some initial hands-on treatment. Subsequent treatment sessions may range from 30-60 minutes and always begin with a quick re-evaluation, followed by hands-on treatment.
  • When can I expect to feel/see results?
You should expect to see and feel results immediately, or within the first couple of visits. Your recovery will vary depending on whether you are rehabilitating a recent injury, modifying a behavior that may be the source of dysfunction or chronic pain, or coming in for an everyday body mechanics assessment and training for injury prevention. Optimal functional results are achieved through collaboration with your Physical Therapist and based on mutually established goals.
  • Are you accepting students or interns?
We accept students on a case by case case basis, and have opportunities for both undergraduate and Professional Clinical Internships, please visit this page for more details.
