This event hosted by Dynamic Performance and Therapy at Misty's Dance addresses women's wellness through hormone balancing and strength training.

Supporting Hormones: "Supporting the Change In Women's Bodies Through Nutrition" Dr. Jackie Van Manen from Well Designed Functional Medicine
5 pm to 6 pm there will be booths to browse featuring local health and wellness businesses. Speakers will begin at 6 pm. After the speakers, there will time for Q&A. Our goal is to create a community of women who are strong, healthy, and happy!
